The baby, Mary, and Joseph are always central -- traditionally, there are also shepards, the Wise Men, sheep, camels, angels, a donkey and other animals and whatever else the artist's imagination conjures up as part of the first Christmas Day.

We rejoice in His birth and the memory of that day because our fervent conviction that Jesus Christ, born of Mary in Bethlehem, was then and is now the Messiah we have been promised, the Son of God.

It is the center of our faith that Jesus is the greatest Being to be born on this earth, our perfect example, and the One in whose name we do all righteous things. We worship him as Lord of lords, King of kings, the Creator, the Savior -- Wonderful, Counselor, the Mighty God, the Everlasting Father, the Prince of Peace.
